Games are held on nights throughout the week with no games or practices on Saturday or Sunday. Blast Ball, Tee Ball and Coach Pitch are held one night a week, with our older divisions playing 2 or more nights a week. We are a financially self sufficient league, with no monies coming from a local governmental source. We rely on our registration fees, fund raising events and sponsors each year to support our season. Our fields are owned by the league and are maintained by volunteers. Our complex consists of The Quad (4 Tee Ball and Coach Pitch fields), three baseball fields and three softball fields. We have a concession stand that operates during all games and offers a variety of drinks and snacks.

CSJBL Weather Policies

No games will be called except by the league directors---from blast ball to traveling leagues! Games will be called at 4:30 the day of--it will be posted on the website, UPDATED ON FACEBOOK, and a mass email will be sent out. This is only for the games to be played at Cedar. As far as games being played away for travel ball---each community has their own policy and we do the best we can to call the games as soon as possible to catch everybody before they leave their jobs or home for the trip. CSJBL only cancels games because of severe rain, thunderstorm warnings, tornado watches, or tornado warnings. We will still start the game during a thunderstorm watch. If thunder or lightning is heard or spotted after the ball games begins, then we have a standard 1/2 hour policy to noT play for 1/2 hour from the last sound or vision of severe weather.
