| Registration for the 2010 season is now open. Registration for the 2010 season has begun! You can download the application by clicking the link below. You can also pick up registration forms at all Cedar Springs area public and private schools starting February 1, 2010. Registration Form You will need Adobe Acrobat to view the form. Registration deadline is Saturday, March 13, 2010. A signed, completed registration form must be received by this date or the player registration will not put on waiting list. If team positions are open, registrations will be accepted. If team positions are not open, registrations and fees will be returned to the player. Please contact Tina Zachow or Jodi Mouthaan if you have questions regarding the registration form and/or fee before mailing. You will hear from a coach after March 23rd. An informational parent meeting is March 25th at the Cedar View Elementary School from 6-8 pm. This is not mandatory, however we encourage all parents to attend. Registration fees for the 2010 season will be as follows: Blast Ball - Boys and Girls ages 3-4 - $30.00, includes tshirt - Monday Night Tee Ball - Boys and Girls ages 5-7 - $35.00, includes tshirt - Tuesday Night Coach Pitch - Boys and Girls ages 7-9 - $35.00 includes tshirt - Thursday Nights Minor Baseball - Boys ages 9-10 - $50.00, includes full uniform - Games are M & W Minor Softball - Girls ages 9-10 - $50.00, includes full uniform - Games are M-Th Major Baseball - Boys ages 11-12 - $50.00, includes full uniform - Games are M & W Major Softball - Girls ages 11-12 - $50.00, includes full uniform - Games are M-TH Pony Baseball - Boys ages 13-15 - $50.00, includes full uniform - Games are M & W Pony Softball - Girls ages 13-15 - $50.00, includes full uniform - Games are M-TH Players in the Minor and up age groups will be invited to attend a pre season camp.
